Christmas and Becca's birthday

I looked all over for a tent for the kids

and found this Dora one that is massive--our entire family fits in it and it
takes up half of our toy room. The kids love it.

Jacob on his new Bike he got for Christmas

Becca turned 9 this year and wanted a Tinker Bell Cake

She also wanted to dress up in her fairy costume and be
Like Tinker Bell

This is the cake before we took Tinker Bell off
otherwise she would have lit on fire with the candles.

Sariah got a doll for Christmas. This doll I bought on clearance,
now I know why--because she was black. We just tell her it
is a Dora baby and she loves it.

This I bought last year on the internet got it for 20 dollars.
It is a talking nativity advent calendar. I love it it tells about
each character each day.

Kids in their Christmas clothes--I took 5 pictures and in every
one of them Sariah kept leaning toward Becca's dress. She
must have liked the feel of it on her face.

Christmas Day we took the kids and their bikes to
Briscoeville--they had so much fun, because there is
a lot of open land to ride on--they keep telling us we have
to take them back down there. Bruce got The Star Trek Movie
and came in Christmas Morning saw it in his Stocking grabbed it
and said " Okay I have my Christmas I am going back to bed".
I got a hand mixer which was badly needed. And lots of white chocolat
covered pretzels. They were nummy in my tummy.
We had a wonderful Christmas.

Rebecca was born on the same day (different year)
as Annette Bowler our dear friend. Becca loves her
lots and loves sharing a birthday with her so we
had a double birthday at Annette's parent's home.

Here is their Birthday cake.
