Too long since post.

Lots of Different
Pictures

Sariah looking at the egg to see if her name is on it.

Lots of eggs with different items in them not just candy.

Sariah is 3 years old.
Sariah eating her birthday cake.

Sariah's Birthday is the same day as Bruce''s Dad's Birthday
So each year on Sunday General Conference we get together with
his parents and celebrate their birthdays together. Bruce's Dad likes
carrot cake and Sariah didn't really care so Carrot cake it was.

Sariah got a Princess and the Frog barbie. A baby doll
she can take in the bath with her. And His dad got some
socket organizers-3 wrapped individually.

Sariah and Granpa Briscoe.

We were watching General Conference and I walked out
of the room for a few minutes. When I walked back in
Bruce's Dad, Mom, and Bruce were all asleep. I think they
must have filled their tummy's to full. This was after lunch.
Sariah fell asleep like this in the chair.
Silly girl. I wish I could sleep anywhere like that.

Here is the Red neck electronic kid toy.

Bruce tied ropes to his riding lawn mower to the kids truck
and towed them around the yard. They thought that was
tons of fun.

Project almost complete

Here are the pictures of my flower garden in front of my house. Sorry it took so long to post but I had to buy more brick, and finding shade loving plants is not easy. The sun never hits there and no weeds grow there because there is no sun. Here are before pictures.--it's the spot under the three windows in front of my home.

BEFORE

AFTER

I still have to put some brick in a few places, but I have to have some cut first. And luckily we have a good friend who lives close by that will cut it for us tonight. Now I encourage all of you to get out and plant someflowers. Have fun--by the way next week should be beautiful and sunny and warm.

SPRING!

Spring is coming and guess what that means? Flowers and lots of them--I am re-doing the planter box in front of my house after it is done I will post pictures of before and after-- I have to head to the store and get more supplies. I will post before Sunday though that is for sure. We got rid of the ugly volcanic rock they put there and we are replacing them with flowers--they have to be shade loving though because the Sun hardly ever hits the spot where they will be--no weeds grow there because there is no Sun.

Bruce's Birthday and New Car

Bruce got some very nice speakers for the computer from me for his birthday.
The speakers are so nice that the sound system on the somputer sounds like the
sound system in the Family room ---we have surround sound in the family room.
Other gifts he received was Star Wars playing card from his brother, Star Trek
Books from his parents, also some other cards from friends and family.
I have to explain the cake. Bruce demanded he make his own birthday cake
this year. Yellow cake with chocolate frosting is his favorite. He made it and
I put chocolate frosting on it with sprinkles.

I hope you made a wish:)

This is supposed to be a "B" for Bruce but it didn't quite turn out
it looks like a # 8. Bruce is so sweet he told me he loved the cake.

For my birthday my honey got me the best Birthday Present ever.
A NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer, and all I can say is that
The Good Lord is watching over me, because we got a good deal
on it.
We walk into Premier car and truck on Sunset Blvd here in St. George
and asked how much they wanted for this and what year. When he said it
was a 2006 with 40,000 miles on it we thought man there is no way we
can get this, then he said the price and our jaws dropped to the floor.

$13,000:):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
So we test drove it and we fell in love. Black carpet, can't go wrong there
with kids. And Tan seats, can't go wrong there with kids either. I love it,
the kids love it, and my honey loves it. It is a Chevy and Bruce and I
love Chevy's. Since Obama is being nice to us this year and giving us double the
earned income credit on taxes we are able to afford it.

Another plus is that it has 22-25 mpg. This will be after my honey does
mechanical wonders to make it get better gas mileage. We would like
to thank all of our family and friends for making our Birthdays the best ever:)

Christmas and Becca's birthday

I looked all over for a tent for the kids

and found this Dora one that is massive--our entire family fits in it and it
takes up half of our toy room. The kids love it.

Jacob on his new Bike he got for Christmas

Becca turned 9 this year and wanted a Tinker Bell Cake

She also wanted to dress up in her fairy costume and be
Like Tinker Bell

This is the cake before we took Tinker Bell off
otherwise she would have lit on fire with the candles.

Sariah got a doll for Christmas. This doll I bought on clearance,
now I know why--because she was black. We just tell her it
is a Dora baby and she loves it.

More Christmas Decor

This I bought last year on the internet got it for 20 dollars.
It is a talking nativity advent calendar. I love it it tells about
each character each day.

Kids in their Christmas clothes--I took 5 pictures and in every
one of them Sariah kept leaning toward Becca's dress. She
must have liked the feel of it on her face.

Christmas Day we took the kids and their bikes to
Briscoeville--they had so much fun, because there is
a lot of open land to ride on--they keep telling us we have
to take them back down there. Bruce got The Star Trek Movie
and came in Christmas Morning saw it in his Stocking grabbed it
and said " Okay I have my Christmas I am going back to bed".
I got a hand mixer which was badly needed. And lots of white chocolat
covered pretzels. They were nummy in my tummy.
We had a wonderful Christmas.

Rebecca was born on the same day (different year)
as Annette Bowler our dear friend. Becca loves her
lots and loves sharing a birthday with her so we
had a double birthday at Annette's parent's home.

Here is their Birthday cake.

Christmas

First I want to tell you what has been going on lately.
Three weeks ago the bishop called us in and wants
me of all people to be the new primary president.
Last week in church they sustained me, and boy has it
been crazy ever since. Primary activity had to be
planned in a few days. Thanks to a really good couselor I have
I didn't have to worry much about it. The primary performs
at the ward Christmas party on Saturday, then sings in
Church on Sunday. And with Christmas on top of it all.
I am going to sleep next month that is for sure--for the entire month.

The kids decorated almost this entire tree, and
I think they did a wonderful job.

I set up a village nativity of precious moments each year.

It barely fits on top of the computer desk. Sariah kept
putting the sheep in her mouth last year, because we
had it down lower on a different shelf, and I was
really scared she would swallow one--this year
we put the village up higher.Add Image
We hope everyone has a happy holiday season this year.

Fall Fun!

The leaves fell all at once off the tree one windy night.

Kids love leaves just as much as snow.

They couldn't rake so they picked them up with their hands and made a pile.

After that they burried each other in them. I think there is a kid under there.

Thanksgiving was great. We had my sister, Aunt Roxy,
and Bruce's parent's over.

Everything turned out yummy this time and surprisingly......

Nothing went wrong with the food. We had a grand time.
